Position Overview Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Philippines (Remote)
We are seeking a highly organized, well established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
The Ideal candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Position Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. They should be able to demonstrate good organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under pressure and complete within deadlines.
Essential Duties Managing a complicated and busy schedulePerforming planning, logistics and operations workProvide comprehensive administrative supportCoordinate individual and group travelHandle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate judgement and discretionProviding administrative support in a variety of capacities including data entry, assisting with the completion of assigned projects, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling and processing of letters/correspondenceOrganize meetings, summits from start to finishPhone call screening, correspondence and document preparation, bill payment, record keepingVarious errands as neededCreate and maintain personal action items, to-do list, and follow up and follow through pro-actively maintaining and providing status updatesBe comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project ManagementBe comfortable with procurement and/or logistics level dutiesCandidate Qualifications WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (within a BPO preferred)Excellent command of EnglishHas excellent judgement handling confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHave a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)Compensation Details WANT AN EMPLOYER THAT VALUES YOUR CONTRIBUTION? Standard starting compensation is commensurate with experience. Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance.
Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
