We're seeking a recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it positions across EMEA. You will collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters, various departments, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Work location - hybrid from Spain

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company
- 1+ year of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/Dev Ops/Cloud fields, such as - Dev Ops Engineer, Cloud Architect, Fin Ops Analyst, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in global recruitment
- In-depth experience with Linked In Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
- Working experience with ATS
- A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
- Experience with "Comeet" ATS - advantage
- Experience with hiring for Marketing and Sales positions - advantage
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as Linked In Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, etc.
- Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date.
- Support the hiring process of assigned roles and work closely with other recruiters in the team to help with generating candidates in the pipeline.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.
- Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as Linked In, job boards, and other social media platforms.
