If this appeals to you and you thrive in working in a team to help create strategies and deliver results, then you should consider this role.Key Responsibilities To help define and deliver a world-class medical education strategy for assigned therapeutic areas on behalf of brand core value teams (CVT) to enable Healthcare Professionals to make informed decisions for patient care.To collaborate with scientific faculty to create accredited education plans in line with agreed CVT strategy and proactively identified unmet educational needs.Work with the medical & cross-functional teams to lead on developing strategic medical education plan during the business planning process with proposed budgets.Actively engage with professional bodies and help create strategic networks.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality material, agreed metrics, and timely execution of projects/material in line with company policies and agreed budgets.Qualifications Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with an advanced degree.Experience and Skills:Required: 2+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).Ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred: Shown experience in medical education or related field.Knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to the organization.Experience in working with external agencies and vendors.Other Proficiency in English is required.
