Isover is deploying an innovative quality follow-up system, designed centrally and based on cutting-edge technology.
This way, the central team is looking for a VIE to help us deploy this new in-house quality system to track and pilot quality controls in the first Insulation plants for stonewool process.
By joining us, you will be able to take part in the following activities:
Understanding the existing quality & process control plan (which controls, who is doing them, how to report them, at which frequency, etc.
)Understanding the tool (possibility to visit another glasswool plant with the system already running)Organizing and tracking the deployment of the module, supporting local team in the communication with IT teamConfiguring the tool based on the plant's needs collected: set-ups, design pages, tolerances...Proceeding to tests and iterate with local teamSupporting training of Quality Engineers and Operators until and after going liveAdapting the standard reports to Azuqueca's plant needs (Power BI & Grafana)
Once the system is live in Azuqueca, you'll have the ability to go to other stonewool plants to support their quality system deployment.
