We are looking for a Bid and Transport Project Manager to support Transdev Tender Team in its tenders and expansion projects.
You will be a key player in the growth process of the company in Spain, contributing to the achievement of new projects and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Bid management:
You will be part of the bid team and support the preparation and drafting of offers for tenders in Spain.
Analyse and study tender documentation (administrative and technical specifications, reports, need reports) and coordinate the preparation of the bids. Collaborates in the preparation of tenders and bids. Be part of the strategy definition and planning of the proposal. Contribute to the preparation of administrative documentation for tenders. Compilation of technical information and preparation of the technical report related to the evaluation criteria for the award of contracts. Contribute to the preparation of the technical and economic documentation for the presentation of the bid. Interlocution and coordination with other departments of the company and partners involved in the preparation of the bid. Prepare and present summaries of the tender documents addressed to all the internal areas involved in the tender to identify the key points of the tender. Prepare and present market studies and request for prices from suppliers. Contributing to the preparation of the Business Plan, its inputs and the Economic analysis of the Project. Overall participation in the different projects promoted by the business development department. Technical support: Manages and supervises studies contracted to consultancies. Carries out demand and revenue studies through different strategies, such as carrying out surveys and sectorial studies or the analysis of external sources, among others, with different objectives (preparation of offers and revisions, risk analysis, medium/long term demand prognosis...). Analyses information related to demand coming from different channels (ticket offices, web, social networks...). Analyses transport and mobility networks with the support of Geographic Information Systems (SIG). Obtaining statistics related to the operation, as well as carrying out special studies according to the needs of the company (mobility studies, changes in the offer of services, optimisation of resources, etc). Support in contract negotiations and in the launch of awarded projects. Business Development: Research and analyze trends in the public transport market and competitors, from data crunching to field observations. Support the business development teams by conducting innovation benchmarking and collecting best practices within the group and the market. Assist in financial analysis related to business development projects and operations. Support governance processes associated to business development projects. Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange with counterparts in international offices or partners. Stay informed about global trends in public transport and share relevant insights with the team. Project Management: Take a lead role in managing specific projects related to business development or process improvement. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Required Education and Experience: We are looking for an efficient, committed person with good communication skills and a good global vision of the public transport market to join our team. We will value:
High level of English, able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing. Spanish would be a plus. University degree in Engineering, Economics or related field. At least 2 years of work experience. Experience in the mobility sector (transport operator, mobility consultancy, etc.) would be an advantage. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
