Vice President Of Investor Relations

Destinus is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Vice President of Investor Relations.
This role requires expertise in fundraising, investor relationship management, and reporting.TasksConduct market analysis and study industry dealsIdentify new methods for investor identification and collaborate with data analystsSource investors through both warm and cold outreachPrepare investment materials such as financial models, decks, and other presentation materials; manage data room and accessManage the CRM systemPrepare shareholder meetingsDevelop quarterly and interim investor updates (in ?ollaboraiton with legal and senior management teams; core engineering temas)Work with PR and GR teams on agenda and marketing message formationRespond to investor inquiries and fulfill audit requestsCultivate relationships with existing investors and support groupsPitch to potential investorsPrepare for road showsParticipate in relevant industry eventsCoordinate with investment banks, advisors, and consultants assisting with fundraisingConditions :Location: Preferably Madrid or Paris, with a preference for ParisTotal annual remuneration: €200,000 split between equity and cash components.Requirements :Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in investment banks or startupsDemonstrated ability to navigate major life changes and adapt quickly to new environmentsComfortable working under pressure in ambiguous situations with a proactive "doer" attitudeProficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in French or Spanish is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
