The Profile: Your mother tongue is Swedish and you are fluent in English. You have proficient MS Office skills. You meet network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.
). You have a solid technical affinity.
Experience in the technical field is a plus. You have analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability. You can operate in high-pressure situations. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to overcome objections and promote product usage. You are able to work Monday to Friday 9:00h - 18:00h. Your responsibilities: Be responsible for short translations, reviewing the webpage to find errors, and improving templates to answer clients. Improve customers experience at all levels of the supply chain, driving the brand to excellence. By good listening and asking clear and concise questions, identify customer's technical issues. Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge. Collect and document all relevant information to ensure a high level of service.
