Vh178 - Profit And Loss (P&L) Systems Analyst

Auto req ID : 272901BR Responsibilities: Consolidation of monthly forecasts and supporting analysis vs AOP, PY and previous FC cycles.
Coordinate and facilitate input from matrix finance structures (SCF, SG&A, A&M, Topline) for monthly forecasts, AOP or ad-hoc requests from BU/SSA/Sector.
Preparation of NOPBT cause of change calculations for Essential Foods business.
Assistance with MBR, AOP, IBP & other ad-hoc SSA or Sector presentations.
Coordination & preparation of OCF forecasts (based on integrated input from FBPs, SCF, Control).
Assist with the completion of FP&A reporting templates required by Sector.
Preparation of monthly KPI Scorecard/operational dashboards for SA F&B.
Measure BU Financial forecast accuracy and engage on projects to ensure forecast accuracy is improved.
Ensure AOP uploads are completed timeously on SAP, across BU and matrix structures.
Interface with GBS for consolidated P&L AOP upload on HFM.
Assist FP&A Lead with ad-hoc reporting, projects or financial analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements: B Com (Accounting), CIMA advantageous.
Finance experience of 3-5 years.
FMCG experience advantageous.
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
SAP, HFM & BI reporting experience essential.
High level of self-motivation, drive and focus.
Collaboration and influencing skills required to act across matrix structure.
Good interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
Solid communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
Analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving.
