Inside Sales Operations Representative - English Speaking As part of the International Sales team, your role will be crucial in providing pre and post sales support to Key Account Customers.
Your responsibilities will include:Sales Order creations in SAP as well as ownership of the end-to-end sales process from inputting order in the system to release and follow-up until delivery to customer with support from the different areas in the organization including Procurement, Finance, Logistics and After-Sales Management.Periodic update of reports in Business Warehouse to share with relevant stakeholders (will provide training).Direct relationship with the Sales Manager to support in bringing commercial leads to-market aligned with customer needs and Business Units expectations.Manage customer requests via our CRM Tool.Backlog management.Qualifications:High school diploma.Possess an upbeat attitude.Self-motivated and willing to learn.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:Some college preferred.Customer service and/or customer facing experience.Working knowledge of SAP, CRM, quoting and intermediary to advanced Excel skills a PLUS.At TD SYNNEX, we're proud to be recognized as a great place to work and a leader in the promotion and practice of diversity, equity and inclusion.
