What are we looking for?
Contributing to the company´s results, you will support the store manager in all day-to-day store operations to achieve store KPIs and retail sales, demonstrating a high level of customer experience.
You will train and coach the retail team on all company education pillars. You will be a team player and a team leader with a high understanding of teamwork. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will need to lead by example and be a reference for the team.

The main responsibilities will be the following: Drive and maximise sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales objectives.Support monthly store performance analysis and participate actively in next month's retail plan.Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.Support the management of stock levels, ensuring stock levels are adequate at all times.Develop and train all skin experts to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and monthly focuses.Create team meetings and cascade company set KPI's to the team.Drive store experience through coaching the team, participate in the organization of the experiences of the store.Support monthly coaching sessions with skin experts to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.Provide "See it say it" feedback on the shop floor and be responsible for the shop floor organisation.Follow up on onboarding experience for all new hires and play an active role in the development of new skin experts; Coach the team on executing excellent customer service and supporting them to reach loyalty KPIs.Support the store manager on all store audits, stock inventory, and HR matters.Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the brand.Are you the one we are waiting for? Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a retail environment.
Education: University Degree is a plus.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2).
IT: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Others: Passionate about beauty and customer service.Ability to train, coach the store team and support their development.Proven ability to drive positive customer experience.Experience and follow up on team development.Previous experience in effectively managing store operations, stock while driving successfully KPIs.Strong verbal & written communication and organisational skills.Team player.Flexibility to work on retail schedule.Equal Employment Opportunities Employer
