And we earn the trust of our clients and each otherAs a Marketing Lead for our Spanish market, directly reporting to Carles, our Country Manager Spain, and working closely with Marion, our Head of Marketing, your mission will be to develop our awareness and acquisition in Spain.You will manage a team of local experts in the fields of events, content, social media, and marketing to adapt and localize our global strategy for the Spanish market. You will work in close collaboration with the central teams (marketing & comms as well as acquisition).As a Spain Marketing Lead at Qonto,Help us grow our brand awareness and position Qonto as the top-of-mind business banking & finance solution for freelancers and SMEs in Spain.Be in charge of defining the voice of Qonto in Spain and coordinating its strategy & execution across our local channels, including website, content & social media.Be the owner of our brand in Spain across all our communications channels and lead the local PR & brand initiatives.Recruit, build, mentor, and manage (and grow) your team. You will manage the objective setting, and support the team via workload prioritization to support and ensure delivery.Collaborate with our different global teams (brand & comms, acquisition, partnerships, revenue growth) to make sure that our overall marketing plan for the Spanish market is relevant and consistent with our brand platform.Track, analyze, and report our results to make sure the right investments are made.What you can expectEvolve in our fast-growing Spanish team: become the key point of contact for the Spanish Marketing StrategySee the direct effects & outcomes of your work on customers & the businessWork with passionate co-workers, always eager to helpLearn and improve your ways of working every dayAbout your future managerTheir path: Carlès started his career in Business Development in an international context. He gained knowledge of the Spanish and International Tech Market by working for companies such as Go Cardless until he joined Qonto in 2019 as our Country Manager in Spain where he built everything from scratch.What they can bring to you: Know-how of the Spanish Market, international and local market approaches.About YouExperience: You have 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, and communication roles (having a previous experience in a start-up/scale-up is a plus) and you have already managed a team of at least 2 people.Marketing expert: You display an excellent understanding of marketing trends and you are able to influence and work cross-functionally within multiple internal teams and external agencies.Structure: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Mastery: You are creative but also a good strategist who picks up the right point of view.Great team player: Thanks to clear written and verbal communication skills, you love solving problems with your teammates but you are also capable of working well with agencies, freelancers, and the rest of the Growth teams.Languages: You speak Spanish to a native level and you are fluent in English, French would be nice to have.Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Marketing.Perks: A laptop.
