Its track record to date includes more than 304 miles of tunnels, 11,930 miles of roads (including 2,485 miles of highways), 2,920 miles of railroad lines (including 434 miles of high-speed railroads), and 16,994 miles of road maintenance and repair.Cimsa is the newly acquired company that is part of the Operational Resources Directorate of Ferrovial Construction, specializing in soil engineering works such as micropiling, anchoring, and soil treatment.The strategic plan of Cimssa is to grow the business by providing greater support to Ferrovial Construction in Spain and internationally, as well as growing in external clients (main contractors and engineering consultancies).Funciones:Reporting to the CIMSA Manager, you will manage the operational areas of the plans under your responsibility (work management, production, site personnel, HSQE, operations, logistics, planning, and budget) and drive project completion.Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment.Make decisions based on project reports with key results, production, planning vs actuals, milestones, etc.Prepare the project budget (MASTER, APO, PAS), monthly cost reports, deviation analysis, and implementation of mitigation measures.Manage purchases and suppliers. Production, comparative analysis, and selection of vendors and suppliers. Manage the machinery and equipment fleet.Maintain client relationships.Collaborate with the Technical Department to identify value engineering opportunities that will provide cost savings and/or schedules.Develop and maintain a working relationship with the production managers of Ferrovial and the auditors.Requisitos:Degree: Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering. Postgraduate training in geotechnics is valued.Minimum 15 years of experience in special foundations, relevant projects in the geotechnical field, and techniques such as: slurry walls, piles, jet grouting, injections and soil treatments, micropiles, and anchors.International experience and highly knowledgeable in managing all areas of a construction project.Good leadership skills and experience in managing project teams (white-collar and labor).Good communication skills.High-level English (C1).Ferrovial Construction is a Company that promotes Equal Opportunities and, as such, treats all applications equally and hires solely based on skills and experience.
