Supply Planning Process Analyst Your Tasks & ResponsibilitiesOperationalize global process standards and drive implementation.Actively drive standardization within the organization.Consolidate process improvement proposals and align with global process managers.Provide transparency on process adherence and quality.Identify/document use cases for analytics and automation and create prototypes.Act as local process manager if required.Lead local projects/initiatives and contribute to global projects.Who You AreBachelor or master in SCM, regulatory or pharmaceutical discipline, or equivalent education.Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant operational or project experience in supply planning.Proven digital acumen, experience in data analytics and process automation (e.g., RPA).Excellent knowledge in process and reporting related questions in supply chain planning and execution and related SAP systems (SAP SCM, BI and ECC).Good knowledge of labelling change management systems.Good understanding of legal, regulatory, foreign trade, compliance and GxP environment.Good knowledge in MS Office Suite, basic programming skills preferred.Excellent communication skills and relationship management capabilities and experience in dealing with internal and external functions as well as third parties required.Strong ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks.Strong ability to promote change across the whole organization.Proactive and analytical approach, solution-oriented with the ability to simplify and harmonize processes.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving and international environment.Fluent in English.Flexibility to travel occasionally.Your ApplicationThis is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
