Skills and experiences: At least several years of experience in HR Operations, with many of those in a shared services environment and in a mentorship, supervisory, or leadership role.
Proven track record of partnering with or leading remote or globally dispersed talent.
Experience redesigning, revamping, or originating new processes and experiences and leading implementation of new services or programs.
Previous experience leading change management, service delivery, or program management globally.
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do: Provide direct leadership and coaching to a team of HR program, transactions, and inquiries specialists, focused on providing timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
Oversee the delivery of a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and employee data management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, with a special focus on reducing friction and manual intervention throughout our employee lifecycle.
Set clear performance expectations, manage workload, and support capacity planning and resource forecasting.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and regularly report on our overall delivery health.
Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives.
