Job Description
Your daily tasks are:
Analyse new business opportunities, including market and property analysis, producing comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
Assist the head of RE&H Iberia or the directors of RE&H in structuring a transaction.
Prepare various documents necessary for decision making, from the initial stage of the potential transaction to credit applications for the credit risk decision.
Modelling transactions and other business needs.
Execute scenarios on the models and production of results.
Proceed with the modelling of the cash-flow of transactions.
Create cash flow transaction models based on standard models.
Obtain sensitivity analyses and scenarios.
Assist in trade negotiations.
Prepare condition sheets.
Review due diligence and evaluation reports and facility agreements.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Candidate with a Master 2, with a specialization in Finance. You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment. You also have the ability to work in a team with an international dimension. You have a good capacity for adaptation to multidisciplinary tasks and are autonomous. You are fluent in English and knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
