Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow - all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.Your ImpactYou will be responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and through our channel partners in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.Protect and grow our Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) which are critical to the success of PTC, making up 75% of PTC revenues by identifying and closing Up-sell opportunities.Secure these PTC revenue streams by developing successful relationships with PTC direct customers and our channel partners to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time.In collaboration with key PTC stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Desk, Finance, etc.), ensure our customers and partners are highly satisfied with the services PTC delivers.Day-To-DayWork on a daily and weekly basis in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates with customers and partners.Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes.Accurate forecasting and daily updating in the PTC CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Salesforce.Manage all Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner with the right level of quality.Weekly forecast calls with internal management to give an accurate picture of the current quarter Renewals.Reviewing Renewal quotes for accuracy before submitting to customers/partners.Supporting the transition process of our customers to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses.Driving ARR value increases of the Renewal value by upselling into existing accounts.Calculating Renewal offers and other mid-term changes to contracts, being responsible for executing changes to Renewal accounts (preparing quotes, sending quotes to customer).Ensuring quotes can be booked accurately.Key CompetenciesYou are very curious and have the learning gene which is critical in this fast-moving industry.You are detail-oriented with a very structured approach to your daily work.Daily accurate and concise updating of Salesforce and other CRMs comes naturally to you.Sense of Accuracy: ensure pricing, quotes, and system entries are correct.Sense of Urgency: handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times for requests.Strong negotiation and collaboration skills must be demonstrated.We hire team players who always work in the best interests of the Renewals team.Excellent problem-solving skills, you bring a "can-do" attitude to work every day.You take ownership, involve the right stakeholders when appropriate, and are comfortable dealing with a level of ambiguity.You leverage your experience to contribute to the continual commercial and process improvement initiatives we run.Preferred ExperienceSuccessful record of accomplishment in a customer/partner facing quota carrying role.Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription, or SaaS technology environment.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are mandatory.Life at PTC is about more than working with today's most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
