SciPro are pleased to be partnered with one of Europe's fastest-growing HealthTech companies. Their automation software is solving critical challenges faced by healthcare systems worldwide, and after an epic Series A round, they're now expanding across Europe.

We are seeking Lead Account Executives in Spain, the United Kingdom, and Germany to collaborate with the VP of Sales and Territory Manager in shaping and implementing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for each region. You will be responsible for the successful execution of the strategy at a local level.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including demos and contract negotiations.
Engage with healthcare institutions to present solutions and hit sales quotas.
Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, following up on leads and ensuring regular client engagement.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare facilities, supporting smooth onboarding.
Provide market insights, adjust tactics with the Territory Manager, and align sales efforts with the territory strategy.

What we are looking for: 4+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare IT, health tech, or medical device sectors.
Skilled in account-based sales methodologies, managing high-value contracts.
Proven success in public tenders, from pre-sales to closing.
Collaborative team player, influencing marketing and account management efforts.
Excellent communicator, experienced in presenting to hospital staff and board-level stakeholders.
Willing and able to travel both nationally and internationally.
