As an Expert, you will:
Deal in English and French with international customers based in France: Sell energy contracts, internet boxes, and home insurance contracts; you will be responsible for selling our services to a wide range of customers. Your strength of persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis.Receive calls and support customers: You will be responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs, and providing them with appropriate solutions.Manage contracts: You will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones.Update the CRM.About you:
You have a perfect level of English & French.Baccalaureate +2.At least 2 years of experience in a sales position.Empathetic, curious, tenacious, and persuasive; you are an outstanding salesperson.You are comfortable with computing.NIE required and/or valid European passport.What we offer:
