Is this something you feel identified with?We're currently looking for a User Researcher to join one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company, playing a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions and understanding user needs.-What will your day to day be like?-You will:Understand business needs in order to design the research strategyDesign, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (qualitative or quantitative)Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholdersEvangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-makingShape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding growsWork in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.-What are we looking for?-2 to 4 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutionsDeep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologiesHands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycleAbility to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitionsDegree or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent fieldExcellent written and spoken English and SpanishStrategic mindset
