Let's redefine education!What you'll be doing:Lead research projects from conception to completion, including reviewing literature, proposing initiatives, aligning with product teams, and delivering PoC/MLP solutions.Design and conduct experiments to analyze data, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable product insights.Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies.Contribute to strategic planning and deliver research insights to guide product decisions.Explore and assess existing API solutions, including quality and tunability evaluations.Investigate open-source tools and develop in-house generation models using Preply's infrastructure.What you need to succeed:Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience in leading research projects focused on NLP, LLM, GenAI (working with human speech).Experience as an ML Engineer, knowledge of MLOps principles.Familiarity with open-source and API-based solutions or interest in this field.Excellent communication skills.
