As the first employee in the HR function, you will be instrumental in setting up the company culture.
Some example activities include:Company culture: design and execute initiatives to cultivate a full remote, positive and inclusive company culture.Compensation: improve and own our compensation policy.Retain employees: monitor and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Other day-to-day tasks: Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures.Onboarding and offboarding: Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.Payroll: Manage payroll in liaison with our finance manager.Preferred experience- HR experience in an early stage startup or scale-up.- Full remote or hybrid experience.- Passion for creating and maintaining a vibrant and innovative company culture.We are committed to diversity and developing talent.

Ideally, you are located within 6h from Paris/London by train, in order to attend our all-hands physical events (ca.
quarterly) without flying.
The team is currently spread across multiple cities in FR, UK, DE, NL and CH.
