Consultants are the key contact in driving and building the relationship with customer stakeholders, configuring the solution, and ensuring customer expectations are met. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will handle the overall responsibility for the customer relationship by working directly with our most strategic and complex customers to enhance their overall user experience with the ESG and carbon accounting solutions, while partnering with colleagues to deliver the more technical aspects of the implementation.The Senior Implementation Consultant should have a deep understanding of the ESG & Sustainability market, including regulatory environment, and uses this knowledge to support all the primary responsibilities. To thrive in this role, the Senior Implementation Consultant will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs for the purpose of being active and vocal in making decisions about the direction of the platform.Your MissionUnderstand our customer's ESG & Sustainability requirements and translate them into an actionable plan for training and implementation.Onboard new customers, ensuring a great customer experience and rapid realization of value.Set our customers up for success in achieving their ESG program objectives, carbon neutrality requirements and help them with their emission reduction and compensation efforts.Establish relationships with senior executive sponsors to become a strategic and trusted advisor throughout the project delivery lifecycle of our largest customers.Elevate our operational components of how we deliver towards our customers.Accelerate customer solutions through knowledge of their business and best practice guidance.Deliver proactive communication and manage mission-critical escalations.Align customer's roadmap with our product roadmap.Advocate for your customer by sharing their key business requirements internally with our Product and Engineering teams and managing their product feature requests.You AreAt least seven years of professional experience in a comparable position implementing SaaS products and driving customer projects to completion.Experience in account management/customer success.You are very structured, have a detail-oriented way of working and are result-driven.You are passionate about ESG and carbon accounting and want to help our customers make a positive impact in the world with OneTrust ESG cloud.BenefitsAs an employee at OneTrust, you will be a part of the OneTeam.
