They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join their expanding team and oversee product development initiatives.
Role OverviewThe Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This pivotal role involves shaping the product vision based on in-depth analysis of customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements. The Product Manager will also ensure that all product development activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals.Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product enhancements that meet customer expectations.Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.Define product success metrics and analyze data to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.Oversee the product lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements from existing channels and market research.Prepare product documentation and presentations to articulate product features and benefits to stakeholders.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing the full product life cycle.Strong analytical skills with a solid business acumen, capable of translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Experience with agile methodologies and understanding of software development processes.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.Fluency in English is essential.Previous experience in Translation and Localization is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary package commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Working ConditionsFull-time position.
