As a member of the GTR Family you will be in your comfort zone working and contributing across the matrix as part of a global team.RESPONSIBILITIESWith Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:You will take responsibility for managing the GTR Europe P&L landing files, analysing and challenging assumptions, and communicating forecasts within both GTR Europe and GTR Global.You will understand the detail behind the plan and monthly forecast and be able to explain drivers and variances of KPIs such as NSV/case & GP/case, GM%, A&P%, Structure Costs and EFO% margin.You will participate in month end close activities, GRIR report, Rebates & A&P month end accruals, among others.You will partner with the S&OP Demand Planner and sales managers to create robust forecasts and you will pro-actively run analysis to assess risk and identify areas of opportunity to plan.You will support A&P resource allocation in GTR Europe in line with GTR Big Bets and work with the GTR team to drive improved efficiency, effectiveness and execution of A&P spend.You will play a key role in FP&A in the region incorporating reporting and planning.You will help retain control over the GTR Europe P&L, ensuring treatment of key items in line with Bacardi accounting policies and managing spend against budget with appropriate controls.You will support growth in net revenue and gross profit per case through best-in-class RGM (price, mix, evaluation of promotions and strategy) and you will help maintain accurate and complete price lists for our customers.You will be a key member of the Global GTR Finance & RGM team, and you will be expected to work across geographies on projects to continue the development of the function and delivery against our team vision.You will be responsible for the pricing management process (Innovation, missing prices, and annual price increases).SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills required in order to achieve results across the organisation.
