As an Iberia Finance Director, you will be responsible for designing, managing, monitoring, and assessing the organizational strategic plan for Iberia and coordinating the total operations of the company in order to achieve the objectives agreed with the group.Main Responsibilities:Common part for members of the SMT: Formulate and deploy the vision and strategy of the organization in your area and implement tactical and operational plans in the short and long term to achieve maximum competitive advantage in the market.Lead a work team, creating the conditions to develop full potential and reach high levels of performance at the individual and group level.Plan, organize, monitor, and evaluate your area and team activity, seeking to maximize economic, material, and technological resources to achieve Lyreco's objectives.Make decisions based on internal and external context analysis, identifying all alternatives and taking calculated risks to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Represent the organization internally and externally, creating a network of contacts and building alliances with different partners to achieve maximum effectiveness.Start and promote changes and new projects to improve the positioning of the organization and generate new business opportunities.Guarantee the implementation of Quality, Environment, and Safety policies in their team as well as the maintenance of official certifications.Contribute to developing key projects of the organization through reflection and exchange of opinions with colleagues.Analyze, develop, and implement improvements in internal processes, procedures, and circuits with other departments to achieve maximum efficiency.Specific part of the position:Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.Encourage and monitor the preparation and implementation of annual management plans for all departments to ensure business results.Promote the establishment and implementation of budget and investment plans, agreed with the board of directors and group, to ensure positive business performance.Interpret complex financial information and provide updates as needed.Prepare financial reports for effective management, clearly showing operational effectiveness to redirect the business when necessary.Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.Minimum Requirements:University education complemented with an MBA or Training Program in General Management
