This is the roleIn your daily life you will be the go-to person for understanding the performance of our overall growth strategy at Podimo.
You will analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track these strategies. You will work closely with our growth team, customer life cycle team, product team, and local markets to help shape the future of growth at Podimo.
Your main responsibilities in this role:Develop an understanding for what drives overall growth and develop metrics and targets to track the overall development.Analyze complex and loosely defined datasets for patterns and opportunities for further growth.Setup, create and analyze experiments to assess impact of new growth strategies.Monitor the performance of growth initiatives and campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Go deep in the data to understand the overall holistic impact of current and new growth initiatives.Set-up and develop dashboards in Looker.Continuously optimize growth strategies through A/B testing and other experimental approaches.Provide recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in growth analytics.This is youYou are an effective diplomat with strong communication and organizational skills. You are patient, understanding, ego-free, and eager to give and receive constructive feedback.
Experience we're looking for:At least three years of experience working hands-on with analytical tasks. This includes doing ad-hoc analysis, setting up and running product experiments as well as building effective dashboards.Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.Experience with customer segmentation and cohort analysis.Strong communication skills, turning data into actionable insights understood by a non-technical audience.Experience managing stakeholder relationships.Understanding how to transfer their requests into actual analytical tasks and being able to prioritize them based on business impact.Advanced level SQL.Experience with BigQuery, DBT, and Looker is a plus.Comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.Previous experience supporting growth teams in a tech company is preferred.
