Reach your full potential with Geotab.Who you are:The Field Services Coordinator is tasked with orchestrating installation projects and ensuring the deployment of Geotab solutions aligns with rigorous technical standards set by the company. This role demands a self-driven, meticulously organized, and dedicated individual capable of fostering strong relationships with internal installers and external vendors.What you'll do:Collaborating with a team of installation specialists, the incumbent will take charge of overseeing Geotab installation programs. Working autonomously, this role entails managing projects of diverse scales, spanning from singular vehicle installations to deployments involving thousands of vehicles. The responsibilities extend across Commercial customers and Federal Government clients alike.How you'll make an impact:Manage installation projects of various sizes and complexities and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.Award projects to internal and/or third party installers; set time-line expectations and ensure they are met.Work with customers, sales professionals and installers to ensure installation requirements are understood, priced correctly, delivered on time and in accordance to company standards.Act as a liaison between the customer and installer. Resolve their issues and concerns, escalate as necessary.Ensure the installation guides, instructions and other important information are communicated to the installers.Lead Field Service Strategic Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot challenges installers are having in the field and escalate as necessary
