The SonoSuite platform is a cloud-based white-label B2B SaaS created for independent music companies, from boutique labels to do-it-yourself companies. Our software is developed at our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a diverse team of over 50 people from various nationalities works continuously to enhance SonoSuite and introduce new features, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the Digital Music Business. How will you contribute to Sonosuite? As UI/UX Designer, you will be in charge of the following: Plan and conduct user studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect a deep understanding of UX best practices and user-centered product design. Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces, following a Design System philosophy, with a special focus on the adaptability of white-label branding. Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the platform(s), maintaining exceptional attention to detail in the final finishes. Ensure the adaptability of the experience across different resolutions and devices. Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iteratively and continuously improve the design. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure that the final design and implementation meet business objectives and user expectations. Create and maintain style guides within a Design System, and technical documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the design and development team. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to apply new ideas and innovations to the product. What will make you successful? Proven 5+ years UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS and B2B products. Experience applying both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop justified design solutions. Holistic vision within a product ecosystem. Ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma. Ability to effectively prepare designs for handoff to development. Knowledge of Design Systems and creating reusable design components. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and diverse workflows simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, contribute to a positive team culture, and build strong working relationships
