Will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and providing a direct interface with Key Customers specialist pet retail operators at store level to ensure optimal execution of Hill's 6P's.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the company's eCommerce strategy and sales goals with Omni-Channel accounts.Knowing and understanding the retail environment for retail and eCommerce channels, including understanding the customers ecosystem through sourcing insights via networks (including regional collaboration) and engagement with customers.Developing, implementing and tracking midterm Key Account strategies as well as yearly targets and KPIs in close cooperation with KA team leader.Achievement of sales, volume and SOM targets through excellence in 6P plan execution.Driving and co-creating impactful marketing concepts - focused on digital awareness & in-store excellence - with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrating a 'Do and Learn' approach to experimenting and optimizing growth drivers for our eCom business.Improving performance of local e-commerce key customers in cooperation with the customer and Online Accelerated Center (OAC).Monitoring customer website for product information accuracy.Business & financial management by monitoring the achievement of the territory objectives versus target and develop corrective actions where necessary.Represent Hill's at meetings/conferences e.G. trade shows, pet training days, store opening days, congresses and local and national meetings.Gathering data insights/trends on consumer, product, price, competition, marketing and distribution process to continuously ensure long term growth with strategic accounts.Leveraging customer data and existing tools to activate against Consumer Engagement strategies, driving conversion.Collaborate with European Regional Customer Development to ensure alignment in management of international customers and national key customers.Education/ Experience RequirementsUniversity Degree (economics, Business Administration, Engineer).Excellent computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.English & Spanish (Negotiation levels).At least 3 years of experience in Customer Development/Sales.Knowledge of Pet Food Specialty Channels is a plus.Competencies and skillsCustomer oriented & Relationship Building.Analysis/ Decision Making.Influence/ Negotiation.Effective Execution.Used to work under pressure.Strong focus on achieving the agreed targets.Business/Global perspective.Expected percentage of travel: Up to 10%Equal Opportunity Employer
