You will develop a strong employer brand with a focus on employee advocacy while collaborating with RPO recruiters to ensure consistency in all talent acquisition processes.
Your role will involve partnering strategically with the business, understanding priority needs, and influencing hiring decisions to deliver optimal results.
You will be supporting Spain and Portugal.
The CandidateWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with a Bachelor's or University degree in a relevant discipline and at least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
If you possess end-to-end recruitment process knowledge, competency-based interviewing skills, and a passion for leveraging new technology and digital solutions, this opportunity is for you.
You should have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; Portuguese would be a plus.
