As a TA Partner, you will act as trusted TA Partner for the Digital & Tech team in Spain & CH by supporting the achievement of DT, Digital and tech teams. You will develop and implement digital first people initiatives focusing on recruiting the right profiles and developing the areas of Digital Employee Value Proposition, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
A Day in the Life of a TA Partner Develop a Global Network with local TA CoC recruiting for Nespresso digital/tech functions.Identify key needs and challenges for Digital recruitment in the main hubs/location/markets.Develop a Recruitment KPIs Dashboard and manage Employer Branding globally for digital function/position.Work hands-in-hands with Business & HRBPs to develop best suitable talent acquisition models (Global/Local).Partner with COC for sourcing for the Digital Hub in Barcelona and for Nespresso HQ for digital function/positions.Develop a robust talent acquisition capability building program focused on Nespresso TA team for digital roles.What will make you successful 8+ years of HR/TAS Experience and strong knowledge of E2E recruitment process with Digital/IT acumen and comprehension.Experience and knowledge in the Digital and Tech IT profile.Experience working in a D2C business building digital teams with best practices process management and driving operational effectiveness.Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.Team leadership and development experience, organizational structures.Entrepreneurial, innovative and strategic thinking and influencing skills.Good communication skills and Fluent in English.Knowledge of employer branding.Understanding of compliance in Talent Acquisition and basic knowledge of recruiting laws.At Nespresso, we've built a culture of care and inclusion, making sure everyone can be their bold selves, while growing with the company.
