All of this supports us in our mission to power the world's marketers with trusted & impactful advertising.Key Responsibilities Management of the Local expert from People Operations team for Americas and APAC regions.Target, develop and retain talents from the team.Track the workload of the team and take actions to keep it manageable for the team members.Support the team in strategic and complex operational tasks.Liaise with the other People Ops team leads to give them visibility on your scope, raise alerts and key solutions to improve your collaboration.Maintain the People Operations processes and ensure service excellence.Work on the continuous improvement of the processes managed by the team in accordance with the business needs.Prioritize the improvements needs.Work closely with any impacted stakeholders on process improvement.Improve the SLA of the People Operations team to answer cases coming from employees or People team.Collect feedback from the People Ops team members to review and make decisions (if needed) on the processes to be improved.Track errors from the team and take related actions on the most recurrent and/or important ones.Represent the People Operations team to other stakeholders.Meet on a regular basis with other functions working with People operations, collect their feedback, set up action plans.If needed, challenge other stakeholders on their processes or on the way to collaborate with the People Ops team.Take into account feedback in the actions taken to manage the team, the processes, and the level up the service excellence.Communicate to other stakeholders any change related to the team, processes, SLA, projects.Send reminders about best practices or processes to enable the continuity of the collaboration.Project management: Contribute to key projects by providing the right contribution and resources to support, follow up the project timeline and alert on risks, and make decisions when People Ops processes are impacted.Submit any project needs that could benefit the People Ops team.Ongoing key projects: Onboarding and Offboarding revamp, Hybrid working policy, Ticketing tool improvement, etc.At Criteo, we are committed to creating an environment where all Criteos feel a sense of belonging.
