We are a bootstrapped B2B SaaS startup in the CRM / Lead Generation space with thousands of users in more than 190 countries, looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and work closely with our CEO and our Product Manager.
Core ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, growth, and revenue.Develop a deep understanding of our customers, ICP, personas, and the buyer's journey.Plan and execute memorable, integrated demand-generation campaigns to raise awareness, educate, and generate high-quality leads. You'll have a direct impact on our way of working and decisions made in the business.A friendly, relaxed, and positive environment where you can learn and enjoy your work.You may be a fit ifYou have broad hands-on marketing experience (ideally in the B2B space).You are data-driven: You feel comfortable creating experiments, measuring data and improving conversion rates, tracking behavioral analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), acquisition and distribution channels (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.), and have a minimum understanding of the main SaaS subscription metrics (LTV, ARPU, etc.).You have excellent communication skills. You're as comfortable writing for and talking to customers as you are talking to leadership, design, and engineering.Your attention to detail is top-notch. You're quick to catch pitfalls and potential issues and aren't afraid to ask why or communicate your understanding of a situation. You ensure everyone is aligned and understands what matters and why.You have a cost-efficient mindset. SalesQL is a bootstrapped startup.
