We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
About the Position : We are looking for a Translation Manager to join the Netskope Growth Marketing team to execute all translation projects from the start to the finish and serve as a single point of accountability for their successful completion.
Responsibilities Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all translation projects.
Develop an internal Service Level Agreement for translation services and ensure delivery in accordance with SLA with the appropriate metrics and measures.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
Liaise with stakeholders to clarify project parameters.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure that the translation perfectly complies with instructions and is linguistically perfect.
Coordinate with creative and web teams to ensure translations are properly implemented.
Identify process improvements and work to ensure that appropriate systemic changes are implemented.
Monitor and manage translation services budget.
Provide visibility and reporting to leadership about translation project status and impact.
Job Requirements 3-5 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective time management.
Google Gsuite experience.
Experience with tools such as Asana for project management and Smartling for web translations.
Bi- or multi-lingual preferred.
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
