Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager (M/F/d) is responsible for leading the development of digital marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring outstanding end-to-end omni-channel go-to-market approaches in alignment with our global brand strategy, enabling the countries to unlock the value of digital marketing campaigns.
Specifically, in this role, the job holder will work closely with the Product Management and Training & Education departments to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns to support the commercial teams and drive sales growth.
In this role, the job holder will be supported by the Straumann Group Digital Marketing team to allow proper execution and monitoring of the initiatives.
The job holder will be situated in Madrid/Freiburg and will report into the Head of Marketing, Connected Customer Solutions Business Unit in Basel (Switzerland).
Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead and own digital marketing campaign development, from concept creation to execution with the objective to drive effective leads generation for customer acquisition and top line growth.Extensively collaborate with the Global Product Management and the Brand Strategy teams to ensure consistency of digital marketing strategies, concepts, and launch readiness in alignment with the Brand Strategy and Global Product Management.Lead content creation and ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent throughout all touchpoints to convey a strong brand image.Closely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, starting from the Product Management and Digital Marketing Teams, to establish positioning, identify target audiences and customer journey in alignment with the Value Proposition.Be customer-centric: Leverage customer insights, trends, market data, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Take ownership of the Digital Marketing campaign development, proactively assessing and improving the way of working.Take ownership of communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity to increase sales and overall engagement.Implement communications strategy and ensure proper implementation by providing framework, guidelines, and ready-to-use content.Act as a trusted consultant to internal customers such as PMs, countries, and regions to advise on integrated marketing campaigns to ensure a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.Develop and sustain solid relationships with internal stakeholders.Acting as the main point of contact with the global Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement team.Support management of vendor and agency relationships where required.Requirements & QualificationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.5+ years of professional experience in an international environment in the marketing function with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing.Previous working experience in dentistry and/or MedTech is an asset.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Strong track record within a marketing or sales organization.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and thrive also in a virtual work environment.Fast learner, curious, and ready to lead in uncertainty, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Energetic, commercial, and performance-driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities.Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value-driving activities with a measurable impact.Have an analytical mindset and be able to easily recognize gaps and opportunities.Used to live and work in a multicultural environment, with experience in leading global teams.Ability to work independently.High level of integrity and commitment.Comfortable with up to 20% international traveling.Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage.What can you expect from us?An agile and ambitious environment: We are #ChangeMakers.Open, friendly colleagues who #collaborate and #support each other: We are #Players+Learners.The #freedom to #create and #engage: You can leave your #FootprintInDentistry.An employer who invests in our #inspiring corporate #culture.The #opportunity to develop yourself as a person and in your #career.
