Your key responsibilities:Collate and evaluate requests by Business Unit (BU), ensuring that the proper documentation is sent to internal and external customers, in time and in full compliance.Prepare complex regulatory documentation ensuring that product's compliance and high-quality standards are followed.Be the Subject Matter Expert for specific and complex regulatory topics for RA Documentation Team and RA BU Team, like global KGA POC and global TTH alignment POC, etc.Prepare, validate, train and communicate globally Standard Operational Procedures.Provide support and guidance expertise to Specialists RA Documentation and other BU/Group colleagues.Lead Regulatory Projects.We bring:A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things.An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.You bring:Bachelor degree and above in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology or another related scientific field.Minimum 3 years expertise in Regulatory Affairs, ideally with experience in the related industry segments.High level of English and Spanish, any other language will be a plus.Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools).Experience in team management.Strong people leadership skills: can inspire, influence, and motivate others to perform.
