JOB PURPOSEIf you are eager to support the HR team with initiative and proactivity, and excited to tackle various HR-related topics while providing support to Spain and Italy, speaking both languages, then this role is just for you!
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEEmployee Records Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR executives.Policy and Procedure Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts.Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation.Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime.Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.HR Projects Coordination: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDEducation: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English, as the role involves supporting HR functions in Spain and Italy.Previous HR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.Skills:Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Leadership: You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
