So, if you are also willing to start your career in a multinational environment within a high talented team then this might be your opportunity!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Track, process, analyze operative and financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organize Dealer visits based on results.Use technical skills to accurately update and maintain internal software systems.Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignment (e.g.
General accounting/bookkeeping queries/data input issues/reporting).Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to better understand the proposal process.With manager guidance, present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPIs results, suggesting actions for improvement.With manager guidance, assist in training the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and analysis of their KPI performance data.Serve as a contact for, and develop relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction.Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.Coordinate with individuals or internal teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and with high quality.May have supervisory responsibilities over other more junior team members.Other tasks and participation in special projects in the client as required.Qualifications - Education and Experience:University degree required; Economics, Business Administration or similar.Finance and Accounting knowledge.MS Office advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Data visualization tools (Power BI).Communication Skills: fluent/native Spanish language and intermediate English level (B2-C1).Analytical Thinking.Results Oriented.Teamwork Cooperation.Quality Control.Customer Service.Flexibility/Adaptability.Interpersonal Understanding.Relationship Building.Business Management and KPI analysis.Global automotive retail network and auto industry knowledge.Any other European language is a plus.Driver's License.Benefits: Learning Development | Competitive Salary | Private Medical and Dental insurance | Flexible remuneration: Meal vouchers, Transport card | Free Life and Disability Insurance | Pension plan scheme | Free Employee Assistance Program | IT discounts.
