Funciones: Develop and increase after-market sales by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers to proactively develop the customer base. Handle standard incoming quote requests and ensure close follow-up on all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests. Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone. Focus on a specified region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact. Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Resolve customer issues/problems, research, and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales. Make standard quotes for the supported customer base and follow up on all opportunities. Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their business. Make written and oral presentations to customers and industry groups. Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace. Requisitos: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. 2-3 years of experience in an Internal Sales / Sales Support function, preferably for industrial products but not a necessity. Native French and good English skills. A commercial extravert person that is driven by sales. Ability to contact customers in a proactive way. Good technical skillset to understand our products.
