If you are looking for an interesting Payroll project of implementation and internalization process, this is your opportunity. We are looking for a Payroll Manager to perform a payroll project for a total of 2700 employees and 65 companies. Profile with extensive experience in implementation of the payroll in different companies with multitude of collective bargaining agreements. With ability to manage and coordinate a team of 4 people, with great sense of confidentiality, stress maintenance and consulting to different divisions dedicated to various sectors, located throughout the Spanish territory.
Main Responsibilities Experience in payroll process implementation for different sectors. Must be able to guide the process, providing the most efficient solutions for the good running of the project. Software to be implemented: Labor (Summar).Management and labor advice to all payroll divisions of the business, 65 companies and 2700 employees.Experience in collective bargaining agreements, payroll, liquidations, dismissals, work accidents, contracts, conciliations and any legal-labor issue.Coordination, management, and organization of the team in charge.Review and maintenance of the payroll processing systems, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, tax and other deductions.Preparing and maintenance of tax and legal obligations in labor matters.Collaboration with internal and external audits by providing required records and documentation.Ability to collaborate with other departments.Research and resolve potential issues that may appear in the payroll process. Requisitos Demonstrable experience in payroll implementation for different companies (7-8 years), ideally with Labor (summar) software.Degree in Law, Labour Relations, or equivalent.Master's degree in labour relations or labour consulting is a plus.Strong analytical and technical aptitude, detail oriented and strong communication skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).Experience with General Accounting.
