Description: - Develop and maintain cashflow models in Intex Dealmaker, Excel, and Python; - Enhance and improve analytical tools such as Intex Runner; - Communicate cash flow analysis to senior staff and colleagues; - Review related legal documents.
Requirements: - Completed a bachelor (or equivalent) degree in a subject such as finance, financial engineering, or similar quantitative discipline; - 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry; - Knowledge of structured product bonds and derivatives; - Self-starter and team player with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Interest in working with technology tools such as Github, JIRA, Confluence, Jupyter Notebooks, Tableau, and Confluence; - Knowledge of Python or other object-oriented language.
Nice to Have: - A Masters, CFA, or accounting designation; - Related Structured Finance transaction experience (RMBS, ABS, CLOs, NPLs); - Familiarity with cash flow modelling of structured products market and technical expertise in using fixed income analytical software such as Intex (Dealmaker, Calc, Wrapper); - Advanced knowledge of Excel / VBA functionality; - Knowledge of R, Matlab, or C++ / C#.
