Job Purpose: Back-office central support functions to ensure all operational tasks are executed efficiently and aligned with vendors and business units requirements.
Responsibilities: Hold operational relationship with vendor peers, to discuss processes and align and coordinate with all countries and internal operations departments.
Providing information to all different countries around Europe of any contractual changes with vendors.
Operational support for Vendor claim conciliation.
Operational SPOC for vendors as a coordinator for all TD entities.
To produce business reports to support all activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to use common office equipment.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above).
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Able to effectively multi-task.
Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
SAP and BW Experience a plus!
