As Supplier Sustainability Performance Lead, you will co-design and execute long-term strategy to fully embed sustainability into our procurement business decision-making process across the entire organization while representing Resp Sourcing with external organizations. Your key responsibilities: Lead Supplier sustainability performance monitoring & improvement for assigned BU. Propose medium-term quantitative KPIs, drive program and report on program metrics. Co-lead the certification at manufacturer and plantation level framework definition and engage in its execution in collaboration with the category managers. Design and execute the suppliers' sustainability risks program in collaboration with Procurement Excellence and the group risk and quality departments. Establish policies and processes compliance. Contribute to the internal engagement and procurement capabilities sustainability enhancement program. Benchmark our programs with leading industry players programs and engage with relevant specialized organizations to identify gaps. You bring: 8-10 years of successful track record within Procurement with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics, or Sustainability with some experience in Procurement. Solid experience managing wide varieties of stakeholders with conflicting interests incl. executive level.
