For the commercial division of Markem-Imaje, we're hiring a Turnkey Solution Integration Manager responsible for the global development and management of Markem-Imaje turnkey solution offerings.
The person shall be responsible for the turnkey program setup and management along with support and identification of turnkey solution partners and processes that enable successful implementation of varied and different custom solutions that meet our growing customer needs.
What you will do:Lead and support growth within the turnkey solution space both in business development and definition in ways of working.Develop and define turnkey solutions within the Markem-Imaje portfolio that will enhance the overall customer solution offering.Work with defined Solution Integration team to develop global process and areas of opportunity.Align portfolio offering to different MI zones requirements based on Sales and Marketing feedback.Develop process and ways of working to enable successful opportunity identification and turnkey delivery.Work with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and qualify solution partners that support overall turnkey strategy.What you need to have:Previous experience within turnkey solution management.Background and understanding of program and portfolio development in line with a business need.Experience with packaging line equipment, preferably in pharmaceutical and/or food packaging industries.Able to take the initiative and be creative in defining technical solutions with different stakeholders across the sales and service organizations.English fluent, any additional European language will be a plus.The position involves approximately 10-20% travel, on average, and includes domestic and international travel.Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit.Winning through customers.High ethical standards, openness, and trust.Expectations for results.Respect and value people.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age and genetic information.
