As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Promoting customer loyalty.
Communicating delivery information accurately and promptly.
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Turkish (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
Availability for full-time work (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Valid working permit and NIE Number.
Location: Barcelona.
