[Tu542] Senior Total Rewards Analyst (Europe)

Location: Come and join us either in Germany, Greece, UK, Portugal, Poland or Spain.We are currently looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support ongoing activities as well as lead various projects and continuous improvement as a part of our existing Total Rewards team. You will work closely with the Leadership team and key stakeholders to identify and address the main challenges and act as an expert advisor for the region.Main responsibilities include supporting regular processes such as salary review and bonus processes, frequent market benchmarking and analysis as well as the implementation and communication of new reward plans.
