Main Duties: Knowledge of the Meetings & Events sector and the operation of different Events.
Negotiation with suppliers and venues.
Dealing directly with clients when necessary.
Commercial management of the account.
Basic knowledge of signage, A/V, scenography.
A very high level of English is essential as you will be dealing with suppliers and clients from all over Europe.
Coordinate with colleagues in the Communication team as well as with the rest of the teams and Account Managers of the company.
Great ability to coordinate teams.
Willingness to cover operations and to travel when projects require it.
Enthusiasm and willingness to work in the production of events.
Search for new suppliers and interest in new technologies and developments in the sector.
Good communicator.
Organizational skills.
Preparation of budgets and monitoring of budgets, assembly schedules, retrotiming.
Team leadership skills during project management and operations.
