Posting Description: Head of Claims, Malta This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Claims to join an exciting new project which will have an international breadth across multiple European countries.
Headquartered in Malta, the Head of Claims will be designing and implementing the Motor Claims department in an Agent of an Insurance Company with scope across multiple EU countries.
This is a rare opportunity to set up a new structure from the foundations up including building a new team based in Malta and in the other European branches of the Group.

After an initial planning phase using your deep knowledge, insight and analysis skills of the European countries involved, the Head of Claims will focus on recruiting and managing one of the largest international teams of claims agents spread in various different countries within this newly created entity.
