Join Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of the Capgemini Group Role description: You will be working with the world's largest and most innovative Telecommunication companies as a consultant for Network and Operations transformations: You will assist Telecom operators with network and operations leadership and vision You will craft network transformation and evolution strategies and programs for Telecom operators in alignment with industry standards and trends You will be up to date with latest technologies and vendor solutions You will design transformations at various levels of detail by connecting business needs and solutions with end-to-end perspective across organization, process, functional, application, integration and data dimensions You will work collaboratively in cross-functional teams including clients and partners You will contribute with your Telco expertise to consulting business development and project delivery You will guide execution of Network & Operations transformation initiatives by leveraging your experience and by applying state-of-the-art methodologies and best practices You will apply your communication and analytical skills to ensure successful delivery and achievement of objectives You will leverage your leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully manage teams and multiple stakeholder relationships You will leverage your project management skills to drive transformation initiatives execution Domain areas of expertise: Telco Network Evolution, Operations and OSS Expertise across multiple network domains including experience in a subset of the following areas: Strategy and Operations Business Consulting in Network, Operations and OSS Domain Business case of network creation and operation. Quantification and valuation of network investments. Strategy and Business Use Cases supported by network evolution and transformation Network Operating Model Transformation across different processes: planning, network creation, provisioning, assurance. OSS tools transformation, network automation, AI/GenAI use cases for Telco, OSS and Network Data Transformation Mobile and Fixed Network Transformation, including knowledge of key evolution trends such as cloudification, disaggregation, autonomous network Telco Cloud Transformation & Architecture Network architectures and elements: mobile access (4G, 5G), fixed access, transport, core, service platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunication engineering or a related field A minimum of 6 years of experience in Telco Networks, Operations & OSS (either in top tier consultancies, telecom operators or telecom vendors) Experience in processes, organizational models definition and business case elaboration Proven track record of designing and implementing Telco solutions as well as playing leading roles in Network transformation programs for Tier 1 telcos In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Telco Network Operations; Relevant certifications (e.g. ODA, TMForum are a plus) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to drive consulting engagements and build consulting deliverables Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at senior level, as well as to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong professional focus and interest in the Telecommunication and Technology industries Native or fluent in English and Spanish Ability to travel and work in an international context At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow Are you ready to take this next step with us?
