Contact with 'Territory Managers' and/or 'Contractor' to define operations planning.
Confirm the shipment of device and/or material to PUDOs or Customer Sites.
Track the arrival of the device and/or material at the Customer Sites.
Obtain information from the client for intervention at a defined time.
Coordinate sending of technical documentation about the Project to Technicians and Territory Managers and/or Suppliers.
Escalation management (point of contact with 'Project Manager').
Monitoring of final installation reports and sending these reports to clients.
In case of lack of reporting, follow-up of interventions within the Oracle framework with SR and/or contractor closures.
Request for billing to customer and Sales Operations Support.
Reporting for internal use, customer and/or third parties.
